“I could’ve spent longer in there.”
Crystal’s first VIP oxygen chamber experience in Stoke-on-Trent — told through her genuine Google review.
No scripted interview and no invented outcome. We have organised Crystal’s own comments around the questions people commonly ask before their first normobaric chamber session.
Crystal described her first VIP visit as relaxing, comfortable and surprisingly quick. She praised the staff, enjoyed the reclining massage chair and compared the pressure-change sensation in the entry lock to going up in an aeroplane.
What was Crystal’s first impression?
“The staff were absolutely incredible.”
Crystal describes being welcomed by Wiktoria and completing the pre-session form before going into the chamber. For a first visit, that orientation matters: both the pressure lock and the chamber environment are unfamiliar to most people.

Did two hours feel too long?
Apparently not. Crystal’s strongest reaction was that the session felt shorter than she expected.
“The VIP session was 2 hours long but I felt like it went by way too quick.”
“It was so relaxing and it was really nice to just switch off for a couple of hours.”
What made the VIP experience comfortable?
Crystal specifically mentioned the reclining massage chair, blankets and refreshments. These are not technical specifications — they are the details that shape how two hours actually feels.
What did entering the chamber feel like?
This is one of the most useful parts of Crystal’s review for first-time visitors. She noticed the pressure change in her ears while passing through the lock and compared it with air travel.
“It feels like you’re going up in a plane.”
Crystal says her ears felt as though they were filling with air and then popped as the pressure changed. She also said staff gave her sweets to suck and that she personally found this helpful.
Would Crystal recommend the experience?
“All in all, I had a great time and would highly recommend it.”
That is the purpose of this series: not to tell every reader what they will feel, but to show what real visitors chose to say after experiencing Oxygen Clinic for themselves.
